Terms of Service

These terms explain the basic rules for using Crav as a customer, provider, or marketplace participant.

Using Crav responsibly

Crav helps customers discover service professionals, send booking requests, post gigs, and keep follow-through in one place. By using the platform, you agree to provide accurate account details and use the service lawfully.

You may not misuse the marketplace, interfere with platform operations, impersonate another person, or use Crav for fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.

Bookings and payments

Availability, response times, pricing, and job fulfilment depend on customer and provider actions. Crav helps structure the workflow, but the actual service outcome still depends on the people involved in the job.

Payments made through supported checkout flows are handled by external payment providers such as Stripe. Processing timelines, fees, and dispute flows may also depend on those third-party services.

Provider responsibilities

Providers are responsible for keeping their services, service areas, availability, communication, and profile details accurate. Customers rely on that information to make booking decisions.

Misleading listings, non-performance, abusive conduct, or fraudulent activity may lead to moderation, temporary restrictions, or removal from the platform.

Platform moderation

Crav may review accounts, listings, gigs, messages, bookings, reports, and disputes to protect customers, providers, and the marketplace as a whole.

Where needed, we may limit access, remove content, suspend accounts, or take other moderation steps to maintain trust and safety on the platform.

Account access and updates

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity that takes place through your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised or your information needs correction, you should update it promptly or contact support through the platform.
